Associate Director, Client Services
Location: Remote within the United States

Our Client Services team is seeking an Associate Director of Client Services to lead the delivery and success of digital advertising programs across Inspire’s health communities. This position has a critical impact on revenue growth and driving Inspire’s reputation as a trusted, industry leader among our client partners. By providing operational support across various accounts and partnering with the sales account leads, the Associate Director position focuses on maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to enhance client experience through a centralized shared services model. Acting as a dedicated point of contact for clients while collaborating internally across teams ensures overall client success goals are met.
WHAT WE NEED
- Promote Value through Client Experience: Serve as the dedicated client point of contact throughout the campaign life cycle.
- Manage day to day communication internally and externally by triaging client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication on campaign results
- Create and maintain client campaign documentation and deliverables
- Help develop and/or compile program proposals and materials, RFPs, and participate in new business sales meetings.
- Ensure campaign objectives are understood, executed, and exceeded.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through clear communication, expectation setting, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate Internally: Support the internal delivery team to ensure a broad understanding of the client’s business, goals, and point of view to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that they fulfill all client campaign needs (i.e. tag review, asset requests)
- Track and Report Campaign Performance: In partnership with Ad Ops, analyze client campaigns and 3rd party tracking
- Review campaign pacing and delivery
- Review campaign metrics and measurement dashboards on a weekly basis and proactively determine action times and timely updates to the client
- Manage Revenue (after “closed won”)
- Review insertion orders
- Manage insertions orders, revised IOs, and updating opportunities in Salesforce
- Review client invoices
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least two years in an agency or publisher environment with media-planning responsibilities (ideally within the pharma marketing realm).
- An understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the latest digital advertising trends and online media.
- Knowledge of third-party measurement platforms (Crossix, Iqvia, Comscore).
- Experience with CRM, Google Ad Manager, DoubleVerify, and Prisma is a plus.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- EXPERIENCE – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of client service experience in an agency or publisher environment with media-planning responsibilities; experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

- COMMUNICATION – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex and build trust with clients.
- INSIGHTS-DRIVEN – Ability to interpret campaign data, develop strategic insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- REVENUE-FOCUSED – Comfortable identifying new business opportunities and working with Sales to expand client partnerships.
- TECHNICAL FLUENCY – Familiarity with ad tech, trafficking, reporting platforms (e.g., Google Ads, programmatic platforms, Google Analytics) and third-party measurement platforms (Crossix, Iqvia, Comscore).
- CLIENT-FIRST – A proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills. Obsessed with delivering a great client experience while balancing internal priorities and deadlines.
