Brett Kleger

Chief Executive Officer

Brett Kleger is a nationally recognized executive leader with deep strengths in sales, marketing, corporate development and product management. He has extensive experience building healthcare technology and services companies and divisions, and bringing new offerings and capabilities to market. He is particularly interested in data-driven digital solutions.

Prior to Inspire, Brett was CEO of Datacubed Health, where he transitioned the company during the pandemic from early stage concepts to a major contender in the eCOA and decentralized clinical trial platform categories. Prior to Datacubed, Kleger was Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at DrugDev, where he led the company’s market success to become the leading provider of site facing technologies, resulting in an acquisition by IQVIA. He remained at IQVIA for several years post acquisition to consolidate and lead the commercialization for all of IQVIA’s clinical trial technologies.

Brett holds a business degree from the University of Maryland and a juris doctorate from the Villanova School of Law. In 2018, he was named to the PharmaVoice 100 in recognition of his considerable career achievements.

Jen Moyer

Chief Financial Officer

Jen Moyer has over 25 years of financial, operations, and leadership experience in a range of tech and media companies. As CFO, she is responsible for interfacing with investors and for the overall financial leadership and integrity of the company. Jen most recently served in leadership roles as the CFO for Curbio, CFO and COO for Upside Travel, and CFO for Alarm.com (NASDAQ: ALRM). She also served as COO for washingtonpost.com (formerly WashingtonPost.Newsweek Interactive) and in a variety of finance roles at The Washington Post Company (now Graham Holdings). Jen serves on the board of the Robert Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins. She is a graduate of Temple University and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Jill Tygh

Chief Marketing Officer

Jillian Tygh is a seasoned marketing executive with deep expertise in life sciences. As Chief Marketing Officer at Inspire, she leads strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Her experience spans leadership roles in marketing and business development at organizations like Datacubed Health, Medrio, and ERT, where she consistently delivered innovative strategies and measurable outcomes.​

Jillian’s career is marked by her ability to navigate complex challenges such as rebrands, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring growth and alignment with organizational goals. With professional certifications from Cornell University and executive education from Harvard Business School, she combines strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver impactful results.

Tyler Hoersch

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Tyler Hoersch is an accomplished technology and product executive with a track record of driving innovation, scaling organizations, and delivering transformative digital experiences. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Inspire, Tyler leads the company’s product and technology vision, ensuring cutting-edge solutions that create value for clients and users alike.

Prior to joining Inspire, Tyler served as CPTO at Cleo, the leading end-to-end family caregiving support company. Over four years, he spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives, including AI-driven risk stratification assessments, benefits navigation tools, and data-curated personalized support plans—cementing family caregiving as a must-have benefit for employers. Under his leadership, Cleo expanded its reach and impact, setting new industry standards in health outcomes and employee support.

Before Cleo, Tyler was SVP of Engineering at Virgin Pulse (now Personify Health), where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a $30M ARR business to a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise. Leading product innovation, AI-powered analytics, and complex data integrations across wearables, HRAs, and claims processing, they helped transform the organization into the largest health and well-being platform in the market—engaging millions of users daily.

With a deep passion for building high-performing teams, leveraging AI and data-driven insights, and delivering user-centric technology, Tyler is dedicated to shaping the future of Inspire through innovation, scale, and impact.

Jeff Trotter, MBA

Advisor

Jeff Trotter is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and consultant with over 40 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. As a pioneer in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Real-World Data (RWD), he specializes in integrating patient-centric insights into clinical development, medical affairs, product commercialization, and health economics. Jeff’s leadership and strategic vision have driven advancements in value documentation, safety surveillance, and outcomes research.

Currently, he serves as an Advisor at Inspire, where he leverages his deep industry knowledge to align cutting-edge data solutions with the unmet needs of patients and life sciences organizations. Throughout his career, Jeff has been recognized for his ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring consensus and alignment among diverse stakeholders. His hallmark approach combines personalized service, practical guidance, and a commitment to cultural sensitivity and respect.

A passionate advocate for evidence-based strategies, Jeff has held leadership roles at prominent organizations, including Worldwide Clinical Trials and Continuum Clinical, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives in late-stage research and observational studies. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Health Services Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
